Community Service Ambassador Program 

The Community Service Ambassador Program (CSAP) is a Counseling Office program.  CSAP is not sponsored by the PTSA.  
According to FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) we are no longer allowed to post students' Ambassador Service hours as we have in the past.  Please check your Skyward account under "Educational Milestones" (bottom of left hand column) to see how many hours have been logged for you.  The date noted is the date through which hours have been logged.  

Every effort is made to update hours on a monthly basis.  The volunteer CSAP committee meets monthly to review and tabulate hours submitted.  If there are any questions or issues with a students hours for that month, the committee sends a notice to the student with an explanation and what the student can do to resolve the issue.  The final tabulated hours are given to the Counseling office to record in Skyward.

If you have questions regarding hours in Skyward please contact the Counseling office as only GCISD employees are allowed access.  If you have questions regarding hours you submitted, please email the CSAP Committee at A committee member will respond as quickly as possible.
