Five CHHS seniors have been named 2013 National Merit Scholarship
Finalists by the National Merit Scholarship Program. In addition, six CHHS students received awards from the National

"Home Stretch" Baseball-Themed
Staff Appreciation Event
Thank you to Michelle Sherman and Crissie Tatum for organizing a Staff Appreciation event held on Thursday, March 28. The theme was "The Home Stretch" and utilized baseball decorations and snacks. Since CHHS was conducting professional learning in the library during teacher conference periods, the PTSA set up "Concessions" so the teachers could have snacks with their training. PTSA provided flavored popcorn, roasted peanuts in the shell, red licorice, bubble gum, water and root beer. The staff LOVED it!
